My FIL is like that with me. In general, our relationship is good, but for some reason, he doesn’t like that I’m such avid poker player, and will often take passive-aggressive jabs at me about it. I’ll put up a $10 prize for a turbo tourney with the family, older kids included, and if I don’t win, he’ll mock me. “I guess you’re not the poker pro you thought you were, huh?” And stuff like that.I’ve been there bud. Sometimes it’s better to just take the L and keep the peace. Then they will rib you for months after they take a $3 pot. “I thought you were some poker player. Psssssh.”

A little father son action. We butted heads all night, but both managed to come out ahead. $300 was the buy in. Kid pictured across the table is my soon to be 15 year old son. Playing with our Detroit Jacks on a Saturday night, cracking jokes with some of our favorite regulars to our cash game. Snapped a pic during a short break for snackage.
