People can do whatever they want with chips they purchase. That said, I see no need to oil the Faro Dunes chips.

If you were so inclined, I would say do no more than a very small dab of mineral oil on a cloth and wipe just the edges of the chips one barrel at a time. But really...these are perfect chips straight out of the Paulson boxes.
