You'd have one of my favorite mixes if you used SAHARA $1's. One day I'll buy a rack of Bally $5's.
I hear you and I know exactly what you're talking about! A few guys told me to use the Sahars instead of the Arias and their color is defenitely a way better match combined with the Ballys $5. In the end I just don't love the simple edgespots of the Saharas and therefore I wanted something else - I love the Arias trimoons and the darker blue creates a little more contrast and let these Ballys shine even more lol... I know its not perfect but for now I really like this set lol but honestly: the thought of adding some Sarahs to check out if I could live with them already crossed my mind during the Game last night Btw: the Aria is a bit darker in real - this picture doesn't show the difference 100%

Some how we put another game together. We don't play that often. Lot's of sneaky river wins this time. No one took the bulk of the cash. It was spread out quite a bit. I showed the bank to the crew to help stir things up, lol. At one point we fit 12 players around the table. $40-$100 buyin. Went with a mixed set.

Brought Diamond Jacks and ChipTalk topper to our friend Jim's place. Cards are Lot Fancy brought by @Run 'Em. It was a beautiful night to play cards outside on the covered patio.
We played an interesting mix that I havent heard anyone do before. The button stays with the dealer for 2 orbits. The first orbit is a round of $1/$2 No Limit Hold'Em. The second orbit is a round of $1/$2 Limit 3X Max Raise Circus Game of dealers choice. Since there were NLHE only players there, this was a way to make everyone happy while introducing the NLHE players to Circus Games.
