I dealt the WSOPE years ago, from '07 until 2010. It moved to Cannes in 2011. Those chips are legit, one of a few sets used in WSOPE from '07-'10 unless they're replicas which I highly doubt as they are quite obscure. They are Matsui's - very lightweight (too light in fact) and the same chip material as it currently used for the poker cash chips in Victoria Casino in London.
