IMO its just not a market being down thing, its the overall lack of availability of PCA chips and in the inability to build a playable set. People are still expecting a new deep pocketed member to swoop through and throw the kitchen sink at them before they hand over their chips. Unless you are open to building a mixed set, Im not sure how people plan to use these chips. Also another contributing factor could be people prefer a 25c frac over a 50c frac. Given the amount of NAGB chips now available and that heavily favour 25c chips there could also be a shift in preference.

Just my 2c worth.
