Do none of you guys remember what you were like when you were 18 years old? C'mon, we were all stupid as fuck. The kid saw a design somewhere. I think he said before he was even a PCF member. That brought him here. He's made some posts about custom sets. He relabeled some Majestic (I think) china clays. Then mocked up the Mangos and ordered them from China. I highly doubt he spent any time here on threads where we discuss that honoring the designs of others is important. If so, then he wouldn't have very proudly made post #1 with pics in this thread. I can even believe that he never ran into the actual Mango threads showcasing the original CPC chips.

He's a kid who fucked up, and he has fully owned it. If @Hammer2171 can become a respected member of this community, then I think young @templetonjohn72 can also. The conspiracy theories flying around here are idiotic.

I wouldn't call it a ridiculous take... I mean the user have been toying around with ideas for high budget custom sets and Justin's Tina GB's since March.. Call it a idiotic conspiracy theory if you want.

This is interesting. On my phone, “latest posts” shows the last 10 latest posts. 8 out of those 10 are new member introductions. I haven’t read them all, but I bet most of them are looking for Tina chips.

For the record, I do agree with you on this, however I would like to see some effort put into his apology above a passing 'I'm sorry'.

Although he did do enough research to seek out contacting Tina on his own, avoiding the easy button option of Justin, which would have prevented or at least educated him on it.

I did not contact the real Tina. I did my research earlier today because I thought Tina was just what you call chips from Chinese vendors. And I am not spending 4000 on chips my first time. Iam still trying to figure out what I really want before I spend money on a super nice CPC set. I made a genuine mistake. You’re the one on here trying to ridicule someone of complete ignorance in the area. I’ve appologized, I’ve dmd the original designer and admitted my error. you should look yourself in the mirror and think about the kind of person you are, I may be 18 and young but at least I’m not the one acting like a child.
