Looks like they were milled to me. I didn’t remove them. I Picked them up as they are.

Just as nice as any Paulson chip around. They seem unique in the way the recess for the inlay is RHC sized but they only used a THC sized inlay.

They appear murdered. As you said, the HSI $1’s have the THC sized inlay in the center.
