Selling WSOP action (4 Viewers)

Last bump. Anything I post further would just bring out our favorite Bogan yapping on about attention or some shit.

If I get the $1100 I get it, if I don't I don't no worries. Won't post further publicly and wish you best of luck.

Why dont you keep your word from this 7 month old quote? You hijacked his thread on Post #5 and the thread had nothing to do with your chip sale with him (unless part of the sale was a piece of the WSOP action). Move on like you said you would.

@BarrieJ3 has said it's not about the money, and he's said he'll drop it several times. But he hasn't.

And I don't think he should. Are we really okay with a member accepting chips and never paying for them and never sending them back?

Yes, Barrie had his transgressions in the past and is not one that should be pointing fingers. But am I correct that he made all those transactions right eventually? I know I've seen Barrie's generosity on this forum several times.

What's right is right.

I’d drop someone dipping out on paying me no prob.

I didn’t drop this after I got more information, including people intentionally trying to muddy this situation for others. Can only imagine the bs stories being woven about this.

It’s all good. Just a continued education that humans are flawed and people are shitty.

But again, let’s not assume. Maybe I’m wrong and he’s not actually in attendance of PCF meetup (I’d say this is the most likely scenario).

Or maybe he was hurt and hospitalized and he’s just recovering there.

He might have lost his job and wife and doesn’t have support structures in place, so going through a difficult time wanted to spend time with close friends.

Maybe he was traveling back and forth across the globe prepping for an international move with 2 small kids and bit off more than he could chew, thought his chipping items were all resolved and took a PCF break.

Maybe we’ll find out, maybe we won’t. I couldn’t be more truthful in saying he and the lack of payment don’t bug me as much as the PCF bullshit and people obviously lying to try and colour the whole situation a certain slanted way. But Barrie gon Barrie and PCF gon PCF.

I ran this through my LLM via AI/ML and have determined that there are only 7 possible outcomes:

1) brother is ded
2) ICE got him and sent him back to Anarctica
3) WSOP busto and straight to heroin
4) WSOP busto and started driving truck for Mr Car Parts
5) WSOP busto and sold body parts in Mexico City
6) Ravens didn’t cover and he’s in hiding
7) brother turned mega flipper

WORD....i fully agree

Barrie was the first to order and pay for my Uber rides to airport when I was in a jam.
No questions asked, never even mentioned it to get his money back.

Not paying for chips received is a no go, doesn't matter if you are loved here or not, OG or not....

What's right is right.

Was following your thread this go round. I think my fav thing is railing, loved following perthmikes Vegas trip when I first joined, loved getting to watch Kmc getting through the bubble in person, and damn if Murda wasn’t a little good luck from final tabling like his first wsop event iirc.

It’s everyone’s shared dream and happy place, so thanks for posting so we can follow along. Looking forward to eventually getting felt time and donating to your cause in person  :ROFLMAO:

What exactly happened here? You invested a stake and he didn’t cash? Or he did and owes you $? Or you sold him chips?
Sold around 10k chips right around 2024 meetup. There were a couple racks he wanted. I ended up running out of chip boxes and had to order more, which I updated in thread.

Chips dibsed on April 16th, first week of May is when I was ready to ship it all out. I always collect from my sales after chips receive and condition seen, etc. His was the last set/chips sent out, so I forgot to collect. Someone reminded me the next month in Vegas, so I reached out June 8th to see about payment.

So I think the consensus it's my fault for leaving so much time between him dibsing and me asking for $, and/or not confirming he still wanted them with a total. I just assumed he would've said he didn't want them anymore when I asked for his address, and the pricing was actually quite discounted compared to the prices he originally dibsed at.

After that, I'm not sure. I don't actually know if the chips were even received. Again, the money wasn't and isn't the focus point for me.

So, long story short, I screwed up by not collecting $ on time. Maybe chips never got to him! Maybe they were described poorly and condition was way off. No clue. Plenty of chippers have been in contact with him, he just wrapped up attending a meetup, etc. So obviously everyone knows something I don't.

Soooo… is PCF just OK with this? I’ve seen plenty of “hate” in this thread giving you backlash for repeatedly bumping this.

But… correct me if i’m wrong. There’s a user on this site who owes you $1200, still active, just completely ghosting you?

What happens when new members see this thread? Do we think it encourages them to buy chips and be a “chipper”. I don’t think so.

“What if someone just doesn’t send $1000 worth of chips… and nobody gives a shit?”

Maybe i’m wrong, maybe I have a completely distorted view of the situation, but i’ve been following this thread for a while. It’s a year now, where’s the money?

This seems messed up. Usually there’s a thread calling someone out who messed up like this with pitchforks and he was present at a meetup and is ignoring you?

If you're out 1200 and someone wont pay, get the police involved.

The court of public opinion isn't the place to resolve this.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. And from all accounts Barrie has squared up w a pcfer if he hadn’t shipped or went MIA correct?
No. I don’t think it is right. But I do think it might be deserved.

How much time did it take @BarrieJ3 to settle up each time he ghosted so many people? I’m certain this will work itself out.

Eh, stuff happens. $1k is not that deep in the world,

Legit could be as simple as he had the cash, and then he didn’t. Figured he’d have it in a week, but then something came up. Now it’s been several weeks, he doesn’t even want the chips, and maybe there’s enough going on in the real world (parents, wife, work, whatever) to make the anxiety and ish regarding those chips and $1k worth handling.

There’s a million explanations. Many of them understandable. I don’t like posting this bs, it only makes me look bad too.

I have 0 issue with Natumes. People being in contact with him and purposefully obfuscating this issue, or him attending a public meetup, I do take issue with.

That seems craaaaazy. lol I’ve seen it mentioned before when someone was out $30. Naw, engage on here, and there’s always potential for something to happen. I think it should stay on here.

All of our info is public. We know where each other live, work, etc. We can pull anyone up on social media, their spouses account, etc. Given that, I think it’s important we compartmentalize.

I pmed him here, I messaged him on FB. That’s as far as I’m willing to go, I would never poke someone outside of that. Maybe at like $10-20k+, but at that point I’d at least try and get warning to them prior through more channels.
