If the auction headline made you say oh fuck, then it worked as intended. I don't know why this mold was used for the Kelly's upper denominations, but yeah, it's not my cup of tea. I'll be using a replacement $1 chip for my Kelly's set.
Please don't get excited because these Closet of Junk Auctions chips are mostly going to be my lesser chips. Think of it as if America auctioned off Boise but kept all of its other cities.
My laziness requires that I sell all of my junk that I won't be able to use for anything all at once to minimize the number trips to the UPS Store. I'll be staggering the ends of these auctions both in terms of ending times and days so as not to confuse the fuck out myself (which is easy to do), and chips will be shipped within a few days of the conclusion of the final Closet of Junk Auction. Everything is priced below what I paid and represents an attempt to be below what I think is FMV, but I'm not @Jacks and I'm not starting an auction at $1 cause I've seen what y'all do with $1 auctions these days. This is why we can't have nice things around here; I'd rather just hurl the chips at @Josh Kifer as a deterrent when he tries to do inappropriate things to myself or others in attendance at COTS playing in the higher stakes 4/5 card games.
Up for auction is 100 of the "I can't figure out why they chose this mold" Kelly's $100s. CONUS only. I only ship via UPS and shipping will be $20 added onto the final auction price. If shipping ends up being a little less, I'll refund the difference, but usually it's not less.
