Mail lady made me carry these in from the truck. Too heavy for her. Haha these were lost in transit for a few days and mail lady said “yeah I wonder why”.

Looks like both boxes blew apart and got taped back together. They even taped a loose chip to the outside of the box that made it. Haha 2,000+ chips let’s go!

I won’t mail LFRB for this reason.

For me LFRB is 800-900 chips max but you have to also tape the hell out of it and add a lot of cushion internally. Tape all the flaps, around the sides, over the tops and bottoms. I always use the thicker packaging tape too.
But it’s still super heavy and pisses the postal workers off

Double box. No empty space, especially on the corners. Tape everywhere on the outside.

I shipped many full LFRBs with no issues. It just takes effort.

I think with 900 chips its only around 22 or so pounds per box depending on the weight of the chips. I get what you're saying though so I do tape and pad the crap out of it to handle the journey with some possible drops and throws.
