New Find!!! Badlands Casino. Leaded, Shaped Inlay THC (With Bear Claws!!) (1 Viewer)

Awesome find! It has to be incredible to have an actual casino set you’re reasonably sure no one else has!!

I’m also on the hotstamp frac wagon. It’d allow the round $1 inlay to still fit a nice progression (hotstamp to round to shaped to cooler shaped to coolest shaped!)

I’m considering relabeling the ones in this set as fracs and adding a shaped inlay chip as a new $1 because I like to have at least 300 $1s in my sets.

Any recommendations on what chip could fit as a $1?
I would leave this set as original as possible. Finding cohesive vintage sets is no easy task these days.

Maybe add two relabeled racks of 0.50 or a rack of $2’s instead?

I murder almost everything but I wouldn't murder these. Too cool to have a complete original playable set in amazing condition.

If you wanted more $1s, I would recommend adding a "secondary" chip relabeled with a badlands casino label. I think New York New York $1 chips might mix in decently -- the spot pattern is different but the colors are pretty close to the light blue/darker blue spots. Or you could mix in a rack of like CDI fracs relabeled as $1s. I think there are options out there that would work.

Coming up with frac would be easy. Grab a spotted blue THC chip or a yellow/arc/peach/etc. solid and either have @Josh Kifer restamp it or get some gear labels.

Regardless, amazing find.

I'll take a single hundo if you wanna let one go, great earthy colors for a capper.
+1 please! I haven't come across one in the wild yet, but these Badlands 100s are officially giving me obsolete "thc Cache Creek hundo vibes". I could never forget the autumn colors of that bear claw.

Congrats on such an epic find @Wheeler Assembly, absolutely amazing.

Oh, and dibs?

11.5g isn’t that heavier than the average leaded chip? (I don’t own many so I could be way off here).

My 10.5g Casablanca $100s feel like bricks, I can’t imagine what these feel like.
