so shrink the $1 or increase the font on .25, $5 and $25? I am actually happy with the 100 no matter what i do with the rest.

super cool idea. I like how you used colors from the inlay in the edge spots or vice versa. Good Job!

I dig orange chips. This one looks really good. Maybe you want to change the value to a denomination that will see a lot of play. It's so pretty.
We play .25/.50 blinds up to $1/$2, so .50 gets action thats why I felt the need to add it.

Two fracs are waste of money. For the money you spend on adding a .50 you could just add a few more .25 and come or ahead. Definitely no need for two fracs in the table at the same time.

I'm born and raised on Maui, this theme is odd to me since there is no active volcano on the island. The active volcano is Kilauea on the Big Island.

This is a lot of depth! fantastic info!

+1 - you don't need two fracs, you could go with a non-denominated frac, and the you can set it at what you want per game.

We are really low stakes .25 /. 50 for most of the night capping at $1/$2. A big bet is $5 or $10 . I have a china clay set and the .25 .50’s really get used. Just my personal preference.

I literally started on this set last night so there are a lot of tweaks planned. Also, I did these in photoshop so I hope there is a way to make them vectors when I am done.
If not I am sure a good vector graphics designer can come close.View attachment 1250801

Oh man. My hot take: This just screams to be called…

“Lava Lounge and Island Casino”

Regarding your text, it’s really tight to the artwork. You have a lot of space on the outer edge. Try to center the text in that space between the artwork and outer insert edge. Give your artwork room to breathe - it’s feeling cramped.

You’re also using two different fonts. I’d consider sticking with one.

Soooo can we say this was loosely inspired by the other non-continental US state set?

Know an older thread, but if these are not made yet... would definitely recommend OP redesign the chip colors/edge spotting. Current design just seems too close to these (Aurora Club).. where it comes off more as copy/paste vs just inspired. Inlay design feels OK to me, but only if the chips get redone.

The cramped text is because of a misunderstanding of the edge space needed to cut the labels… I fixed it. . I love the text font and I thought it fit the island vibe perfectly. The numerals were terrible though hence the 2 fonts. I changed up spots on two denominations and this plus different artwork makes it far enough away from Aurora for my liking. In the end they are for my own personal use if I ever decide to make them, so I am fine with the similarities.
