Those are 39mm RHC WSOP chips. They look similar to the 36mm WSOPs but the 36mm actually have a nicer looking mold in my opinion.

The hat/cane on 36mm chips are actually different than on RHCs, The hats are not as close to the edge as RHCs, and they have tapered sides, and the canes alternate, so they are also known as A(lternating)HCs. For comparison, here's a pic by @UniLover of AHCs:

Pic by @horseshoez. You can see one of the hats touches the edge of the chip, which would make it look like it has a fleabite when viewed from the side.

AHC mold looks better than RHC to me, wish they had them on 39mm chips.
