But, I don’t understand why only supporting member can sell live chips? If I buy live chips here from another member, will I not be able to resell them here? Perhaps some nuances of legislation? But how does website support relieve you of this?

I have been harvesting and selling live chips as a little side hustle for over two years. What makes this the toughest sales job ever is very item you are selling has the wholesale price printed on the damn thing. Imagine if you walked into a 7/11 for a drink and there was a .17cent sticker on a $3 bottle of fiji water. Or a .72 cent sticker on a $5 loaf of bread.
Best thing to do is charge a fair mark up based on a bunch of factors like how much time/effort/risk went into acquiring the chips. If they are rare, great condition, first to market, those are little bonuses that are few and far between. With almost all of my sales, I have to prove my worth and explain why I'm charging X amount for markup.
If you are asking so much over face value, I'd provide some reason why. It might not be unreasonable from your perspective. Even if no one in their right mind will pay you what you are asking, the chips might be worth that much to you and that is your right.
@biggantt you have been hearing a lot from buyers, I thought I'd give my two cents from the perspective of a seller.

This is valid and coming from a harvester that has maintained a great relationship with a lot of people on the forum. One of the few to do so. If harvesting is a side hustler, relationships go a long way.
