I’ve got 44 blue starbursts here. Not sure what shade of blue they are or if they’re all even the same shade. As you can see, all but 4 are overstamps and I’ve divided them up - there’s a broad variety of what’s under those stamps. But they’re in nice condition.

Not really. You’d have to mill off the old stamps to label over - Paulson hot stamps are kind of lumpy and labels won’t sit flatly on top of them.
And I haven’t heard of anybody re-stamping milled chips.
