What do you mean by “real”? They exist, if that’s what you mean.

The sets are two buttons, one white and one green. The non-sets are single DBs.

Also, I understand the Oreos are replicas, but when you buy one do you get the 2 cookies and the cream or is it just the 1 cookie part

No, these were not in actual casinos.

For the Oreos, you get the full Oreo. Two cookies and one cream filling.
