Not entirely true. In our conversation regarding this, you said no rush for payment. I then tell you the paypal app kept converting my $137 payment to $168. You last night if I tried it again.

Finished working and doing other things this evening. Was going to try again on my laptop to see if its just some glitch on my cell phone app, but now this . . . .

Should not really put someone on blast when they've told you there is a problem after you've told them there is no rush for payment.

I don't think your PP app was acting up. @GenghisKhan is in Canada. I suspect your app was converting your US dollars into Canadian dollars. Here is what a Google search this morning shows for the exchange rate. Pretty close to the numbers you were getting.

Lesson to be learned. No rush for payment means you don't need to drop everything and pay immediately. But you still need to pay at your earliest convenience and keep up the lines of communication.
