@Windwalker just saw the bustout hand.

I commend you for trusting your read and going with it, a lot of players don't have the heart to listen to their head

I will say this: if YOU want to go twice don't ask the other guy what he prefers. Just say "twice is nice" and if they aren't a "once all the time" player you'll probably get what you want

How many meet-up regs are going to study the shit out of this film to get the edge on Windwalker for their next $1/2 game?
Who plays 1/2 NLHE at a meetup?!?

I studied Krish pretty carefully at Degen in Dallas and I have a good read on his circus game play. I would explain it, but it requires that your BAC is at least .30 before we’re talking the same language.

Also, if he orders 50 Big Macs in the middle of a hand, just fold, he has it.

We've all tilted and sent it in at some point. These things happen. Garrett likely didn't think you'd play a one pair hand that way and it is hard for you to have a big one on that board. He is very good, but you'll stick it to him next time. Tell Matt to take his horseshoe back from Gal.

I'll have to check this out!

Also, fun fact, my vanity plate is Kn1sh which if you look at it wrong you'd read it as Krish. I also play for like 10x lower stakes, and I'm barely 5 feet tall plus pretty pale. But other than that you would think you were looking at twins if @Windwalker and I were standing next to one another.
Only one of you has a championship cup, though.

GG @Windwalker . Fell asleep watching this, and it sounds like it didn’t end well, but much respect for even sitting down at this table.

I thought the stream was excellent and particularly enjoyed the miked up table talk. Very clear audio and interesting to listen in.

one thing I try to do is practice live reads on these. I only noticed one for Krish and it was sigh bet on the river that got folds around. Not sure if the sigh was intentional but it seemed like a value bet situation and the sigh may have scared callers.

Jesus man. Get a room with him. Five stars. Room service. Robes and extra towels. The works.

Look for Gal’s cooler hand coming up against me which puts me on tilt again — full house over full house. Unless that’s already happened.
Was playing at a home game last night and they had the feed running. I looked up and saw you flop the boat. I’m like yeah, I’m rooting for this guy.

Some of the other players looked up at the screen. There was a collective sigh from everyone when Gal hit his boat. Sick, tough to watch. Get him next time!!!

I just started watching a bit of this. I believe Gal when he says he was calling regardless of the time chip debacle. The line just doesn't make a lot of sense.

Cold call a 3bet, yet check the 234 flop? Basically in Gal's eyes Krish can never have an overpair. And unlikely Krish has a hand with a 5 given the cold call and Gal's 55. So way more likely Krish has an Ax that has missed from Gal's POV.
