We 've got a huge problem here, in Greece.
Only truly legal and secure game is at the casino, which, in the case of Athens, is on the top of a mountain, some 20+ winding miles from anybody's home, offering minimum stakes of 1/2E (multiply by 3, salaries-wise, to get the feel on the average American pocket, so $3/6 NLHE).

There are some cardrooms openly advertised on the internet, offering stakes as low as .50/.50E, which appear to be legal, till the deal breaks, among the criminal who runs them and the Police Chief.
So, there is ample room for un-raked lower stakes home games, but, as the host, you should be mindful if this is going to be still a home game or a mild low-stakes underground game (the Police would never bother for un-raked games offering no credit; petty or organised criminals getting in the know might be the issue).
