The breakdown is below. The $100s are 43mm (these are tough to find as they are pretty rare). All other denoms are 39mm. You have two options for the $5s: dirty or cleaned & oiled (they're in the same condition otherwise). All other denoms have been cleaned/oiled. The prices are listed below for each option. Chip racks are not included.
