A definitive statement and a statement of probability or likelihood are not the same. Seriously, is English your first language? If not, I'll stop right here because this whole thing is about the commonly understood meaning of words in in the English language.

An opinion and conclusion are a definitive statement. "This is likely", or "based on what we know so far, this probably won't happen" are not opinions or conclusions, therefore not conjecture.

Statements such as "you aren't getting your chips", or "I don't like the structure of these chip sales" are conclusions and statements of opinion. Those, if based on insufficient facts, could be described as conjecture.

Honestly, people, words have meanings. It doesn't matter one bit what someone's words make you "feel". Snowflakes. The world is being taken over by snowflakes.
 
I think schools should have a class studying conjecture and should use this thread as the only tool to teach. The world would be smarter if we did that.

Already said he is doing orders not yet shipped by time stamp and substituting used chips for new and making special accommodations this stupid American doesn't understand for Canadians who can't manage to find a domestic chip supplier and have to poach on the chips of Amuricans!
