Yes. There are a few idiots on thechipboard.com who will try to tell you that it's a printing error, or a different version of the chip, or some other utter bullshit... but as noted, there are a few idiots on thechipboard.com. It's UV damage, plain and simple.

Could the yellowing be from one side facing a non-acid free cardboard or other material in a display, rather than UV damage?
