So I purchased a case of chips recently and all chips in the case are 98 CDI except for one row of CDM 25’s. Thing is wherever I look online I only see CDM 20’s. Have not seen CDM 25’a anywhere. Anybody out there know why this is?

i'm not aware that a $25 CdM exists. got pics?

There is not a 25 in that set.

There is 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500.

The first six listed (1 thru 200) were also made with denominations of 1000x on the same corresponding base chip.

I've never seen a CdM 25 either. I'm guessing they used it as a frac for a cash set. Interested in a pic as well.

I understand from @BGinGA that a bunch of random and nonsensical things may have been done with the CDM lineup, including alternate runs that broke away from the status quo. Perhaps this was just another divergent faction of CDM. As suggested by @raynmanas and @allforcharity, a good photo should put this to rest.

Those are replaced inlays. I forget who did those, but have a file with the vector art somewhere if you wish to do the same.

I don’t recall what those are. I’d planned to do the exact same thing as shown in the picture - first trying thin labels over the existing inlay before going full replacement route - but never did.

you sure about that? that closeup he posted looks pretty damn clean, and the inlay isn't centered.

The cross-hatching does give me the slightest bit of pause. At the very least it would mean a full replacement was done. I wonder if Gear can remember or would say.

AFAIK.......

No CdM 25, hence no @BGinGA CdM tourney set. But I had a few scattered racks... 1, 5, 100
