Since I'm still pretty new here, I'll have to take his word for it. These chips ARE NOT mint.

They are, however, in what I think is excellent shape.

I bought the 15 extra of these when originally advertised. They arrived yesterday, packed like a pro, and they are awesome. The color matched the purple starburst chips I had already, after a nice oiling and rub down. They milled quite nicely too. I did not see any bites in my chips and the edges are really sharp. Maybe a bit pricey but these are really nice if you want pretty purples.

A label over wouldn't be the best here, because the chips are hotstamped. Like @phaze12 said, you could do it, if the chips are in great condition, but even then, the hotstamp edging will pop up through the label and it will be slightly noticable. You would definitely want to mill them. If it had an inlay instead of hotstamp, you could do a label over no problem, as long as they aren't bike tire chips. Also, if it's an inlay, you can razor blad out the inlays, by hand, which would be time consuming, but free, or you can pay someone to mill them for you with their milling drill machine. @Josh Kifer @Gear and other pcf members offer milling services.
