Yesterday, but yes. Cleaned some additions to Madame Empress, and just pushed through and got these done, too. They didn't need much, really...just enough time to get the surfaces prepped for the labels.

Just wanted to get a couple quick shots of the set as a whole. I'm actually really proud of this set. There's nothing particularly special about it, really, although the quarters did turn out well. There are a few things I really like about it, though....

- It's the first set of Paulson's I ever owned, and the first set I collated the right pieces for and ultimately "finished". The ironic part is that the last pieces to come together were the final two barrels of 1's (which I've actually owned in the quantity shown now on four separate occasions) that @justsomedude traded with me. The quarters were done before that. The price I bought the original set for was a steal - I didn't know it at the time - and I could sell this set only a year later for more than double what I paid for the original lot. Silly, really.

- I brush-scrubbed all the chips to clean them (save for the quarters, which took a quick ultrasonic bath). This is the set that taught me I'd ultimately need an ultrasonic cleaner and, hense, has saved me triple-digit hours in cleaning time.

- I have the matching card setup. 'nuff said.

The fracs will be going into play for the first time tonight (the rest of the set has previously seen play). Can't wait!

Beautiful set. Those $.25 are gorgeous. Nice work.

Quite a craze is going on around those $25 lately however, makes me wonder how long it is going to last.
