Ok Gemaco which is owned by the company that owns Paulson too makes Plastic Cards. All of Paulsons cards now are paper, but at one time they did make some plastic sets I believe which will come up on occasion for sale.

I looked and box does not say. Without opening IDK but they sound like they could be plastic.

Those should be paper to my knowledge. Very similar to the Aristocrat / Bee paper decks casinos burn through at blackjack tables.
