My plan was to have the red be the frac. The White with red and blue and black with green and white is mirrored after the Bellagio. I'm planning on using strictly Golden Nugget. Would the Golden Nugget logo be too much for the resolution quality printed on the inlay? I have no problem using the first two inlays in this pic but I'd prefer the logo.
One of those inlays is not like the others.

HAHAHAHAHA! Now that's funny!
You lost me at the black with the green and white.

My quick review of the samples I received. I don’t consider myself a chipper. I have been playing my home game with my same Nexgen 8000 series chips for over 10 years. Never even got samples of other chips until the last six months or so, and have NO experience with ceramics. I don’t need any more chips, but this price for custom chips is too good to pass up.

Bottom line is that I really like them. The colors are great. I like the feel and texture of them given the price.

They are a little slicker than I would like, but I think that is just the nature of ceramics? Oddly, the $1 chips I received have no spinners, but the 25 stack has several that want to spin. Not sure if this is simply because they were used more or less than the $1?

The diameter of the chips seem to be exactly the same as Paulson. They are a hair smaller than China Clays or my old school Nexgen chips.

Average weight ~ 9.6 grams, perfect weight.

I LOVE the 25 chip. I plan on using that one pretty much as is. I wish I could have seen the yellow chip, as I am thinking of using that for my $20. The $1 chip looks nice, but the felt on one of my tables is black with a blue design, so it’s not good for me. Planning on going with white or baby blue for my $1. More on that soon.

I LOVE this idea. I had always wanted to do a GN tribute from the HSP days, and this is the perfect way to do it.

The hardest inlay for me to see on the lineup photo is the white 100 at the beginning of the second row. Can you post a larger photo of just that inlay? I'm also curious about making out details as there is quite a bit on my inlays.

I have not used any of these chips in a live game. I have taken a barrel of each to work to shuffle over the past few months. Go with the YELLOW. You won't be disappointed.

I remember the first round of ACES chips were so bad on slipping out that it caused a cramp in my hand. I got used to the CARDS pretty quickly when it came to shuffling.

Thanks for the review.

So, I believe that I am going to piggyback off of Sean's designs. I love the 25, so I plan to keep that as is and change the wording to Wright's Poker Room.

For the $1, I want to stay with a standard of either white or baby blue. I really like the new Sahara $1

If I go for something close to that for the $1, do you guys think the pink too close to the pink in the 25 cent?

Maybe try a peach or lighter pink than the 25c. You should probably be fine because of all of the green in the 25c but you should go on CPC and create them so we can see them next to eachother.

To me the combination of the gold color and the words being right on top of each other makes it a little tougher to read. I like the one you used on the $5 chip better. The font Golden Nugget uses is darker color, and there seems to be a bit of separation between the lines of type. I'm an old guy (62) with less than perfect eyesight and I don't like to wear my readers when I'm playing cards.

I've already posted my proposed chip designs, but I may have to add an extra chip. I've always like the chip sets that have a $13 chip for cash sets (or something different, like the pieces of 8 chip). My black chip already implements halloween colors, so I'm thinking that I might make that a $13 and then use a white color chip for my $20. Green - $0.05 ... Orange - $0.25 ... Blue - $1 ... Purple - $2 or $2.50 ... Yellow - $5 ... Black - $13 ... White - $20. I hope to be able to share my actual chip designs (not just these that I designed myself) by the end of the week. Still working on deciding between two "inlay" designs.

I made some good headway today on my art. I have a black inlay, white inlay, and the fun colorful one! Lemme know what you guys like best! I am still tweaking the last one trying to incorporate the edge mark colors in with the mountain design. Some I love, others I'm not quite sure about the colors.

I like the white inlay best

I like the white best. I would make the numbers more bold. I'd be curious to see you match the mountain and/or numbers with the chip color but leave the label white and words black.

I like the black slightly better than the white and both better than the colors. But I can't read what it says under Ridgeway. Agree that type and denoms need to be more bold.

I see you're also torn between comma or no comma on the big denoms. I wonder which is more popular with the pro and casino tournament sets? The Championship Poker Series china clay chips have a tiny comma, but no additional spacing. I can post a pic if anyone wants to see them.

Any concerns of dirty stacks between the 25/500 or the 100/1000? Have you put this in the CPC tool so you can see the edges?

@Squidge FYI, the 4 moon and 8V patterns are not available in CPC.
I am not using the CPC tool. These are the Aces design chips in illustrator in vector. I have their edge marks.

Oops I intended to do commas throughout on the top and bottom sets. That being said if I end up doing T25,000 and T100,000 chips instead of plaques I will probably go with commas as its easier to tell what denom they are.

Yes, I realize that. I was just saying that if you did put them in CPC you can see a short stack of edges. And I'm not saying you do have dirty stacks. Just asking if you had concerns as there are some similar colors in those chips.

That was my first idea but couldn't quite get it to work and it evolved into the current idea. I checked it out and will share if you are interested, I found it to look a little off. I like the font and can't get it in bold, however, it does look a little thin/small. I'll have to play around with it some more.
