Btw the Landshark belongs @Ben8257
Millers are mine:ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

The love for old bay freaks me out a little. I was driving through MD once and on the radio people were sharing how old bay rescued them in tough situations. One person shared how it basically saved their marriage.

I love old bay....but for crabs and low country boils it’s only J.O.’s
Tbf I kinda of agree because of the salt content being higher, but I dont like heavy seasoning on my crabs so I tend to prefer the old bay lightly

I use JOs lightly. Otherwise I fill up in beer if it’s too salty. I like old bay for fish, conch, fries.

I also like doing crabs steamed then field stripped into halves. Then doing a garlic butter boil with shrimp andouille sausage corn potatoes and maybe some crawdads

koreans also do a raw crab marinade. Two styles: soy and spicy. Both are delicious. And a crab stew with bitter herbs

you can tell I love crabs.

I should really host a meetup. Problem with blue crabs is they’re not really poker Table friendly foods
Meet up with early lunch/crab feast? I'd be game! We can bring some beers and whatever else you'd like to have available!

The problem is I like doing both for really long periods of time, so unless this is some sort of 3 week meetup, there isn't enough time. Also, I love old bay, but always go with JO on the steamed crabs, heavy coating!
