They put up their ad and prices/terms, and you pay them and can let them know what to say - is my general understanding. My buddy just got one from his sister for a quarantine birthday present from Kevin from The Office and it was pretty awesome.

I don't get the appeal, one of my buddies had one from Negranue sent to him for his b-day and they always come across as scripted, forced and insincere.
