Hey Guys,
I was recently watching the WPT Shooting Star event from Bay 101 on TV that used ChipCo chips with the traditional "CI" manufacturer's mark. However, while looking at photos I saw that some of the red $5k chips had an "SC" instead of the "CI" mark. All of the $100k plaques that I saw in photos had this same "SC", while I couldn't find any with the "CI".
Were the chips and plaques with the "SC" mark made by Chipco as well, or is this a completely different manufacturer that I've missed in my searching for the answer online? I know that PGI and GameOn both have some of the now defunct Chipco assets, but I haven't seen this mark on either of their chips. It appears that the red $5k's with the 'SC' are newer (or even a different manufacturer) as they don't show the typical issue of red bleeding into white that the Chipco(CI) chips show.

('SC' 1st red stack on left, 'CI' both stacks to right of 'SC') https://www.flickr.com/photos/worldpokertour/16177214013/in/photostream/
