This is beyond frustrating, but we are forced to change our gaming suede again. Once again, supply has run out and they don't know if they're going to be able to obtain any more of the Casino grade gaming suede that I've been using for the last several years. This means we are forced to switch fabrics, again... (4th time is the charm). If our supplier is able to restock our Casino grade, then I'm going to go back to it once it's available.
The good news is that the new fabric that I've ordered and test is extremely slick. Our casino gaming suede has always had good card slide, but not as good when compared to Suited Speed Cloth (SSC). This stuff is even slicker!
The good:
We still have about 100 yards of our Casino grade gaming suede, but once it's gone, it's gone. If our supplier brings it back, then we'll restock and offer both options.
This new material is going to be called "Professional Grade Gaming Suede" aka PG Suede.
Edit: Attached is a video comparing our current Casino Grade gaming suede to the Professional Grade, both the smooth side and the fleece side. To recap:
0:00 Casino grade gaming suede
0:56 End to end casino grade dealing
1:48 PG Smooth side
2:48 PG end to end dealing
3:17 PG Fleece side
3:55 PG Fleece side end to end dealing
Photos of the print quality. The green felt was rolled up funny and has some wrinkling at one end, but that comes out fine with a clothes iron. Neither felt is installed, it's just laying on a table with no glue or staples. The smooth side has a higher definition for print quality.
Smooth side:

The good:
- Card slide is excellent
- Print resolution is very good
- Waterproof coating
- Card slide is so good, you cannot fan out cards.
- It has a slight plastic feel, but it's not as coarse as SSC

- Get the smooth side for extra good card slide
- Get the fleece side if you have a dedicated dealer who sits in the middle of the table.
