Hey all. I’ve been running a private monthly tournament club for ~3 years. Invite-only. 2-3 tables per event. We focus on tight operations, on-time starts, a published leaderboard and a self-funded trophy and championship pool at season’s end.

I have increased the average registrants to my events by 35% and reduced player no-shows by 88% since our first year in 2022. Current interests are to continue enhancing the system I have developed which creates a competitive club structure and rewards long term play.
