They should both be day blue - pretty sure that's the base color of the sam's town $1

Chip Guide is often just using colors in the generic sense not the official Paulson colors. So colloquially yeah they are light blue but that doesn't correlate to the Paulson palette at all. Paulson Light Blue is actually a very dark blue color. The Sam's Town and Flamingo (along with many many others) are Paulson Day Blue.

The left are from the ones I have for sale. The right is a set I have that I would consider very good condition, but not mint. As you can see, the left has some wear and some flea bites. Still in good shape, just used more. I repeat, the ones on the right are not part of this sale.
