Man I’ve been watching MMA too long, these boxing matches are killing me. Where are the 4 oz gloves? Elbows!!!??? Calf kicks! Somebody shoot for a takedown damn it!

I’m just hoping Mike hurts him early, I don’t think he’s got the gas tank. Tyson 3rd round KO

Got to watch the earlier fights. Netflix won't load at all now so I guess I will see highlights later.

Oh man, the Barrios / Ramos fight was great.

I delayed Netflix by a couple minutes once I realized the issues and everything was fine at that point.

Looked like they were both scared of each other. Paul hugging Tyson at start then staying out of reach the rest of the rounds. The look on Mike's face and biting his glove. Anxiety?
Personally disappointed it wasn't a slugfest till the end but what we all want to see and what they deliver will rarely be the same.
Not surprised at the ending and probably somewhat planned from the start.
I wanted to see that Mike still had another KO in him but pretty obvious he no longer does. Gotta give him props tho for still being badass at his age. I wish I was in as good of shape he is.

The only fight worth watching was the Taylor / Serrano fight..

that fight was AWESOME. i told my kid to enjoy it at the time, because it was definitely the best fight he's seeing tonight. made remember why i love boxing...and then quickly also why i hate it when the decision came.

There's no way in hell that "fight" wasn't planned/scripted in advance. Fakest shit ever. But, Jake Paul figured a way to make millions off of people, and Tyson got his sweet payday to set him up for the rest of his days.
Eh, scripted? What did Tyson's script say, be old and lack balance and bite your glove? What did Paul's say, play it safe and taunt, and keep your gloves down? The reason professional wrestling became popular was because boxing was too long and boring so they scripted it; this fight wasn't scripted lol, it would've been more entertaining.

Paul seemed to hold back at times but it wasn't fake, just not a good fight. If it was fake or planned there would've been a defining moment for the cameras: Paul slips while getting hit and argues with the ref, or Tyson hits the canvas and miraculously gets up while Paul is cheering to the crowd or something. There was no big moments or memorable aspects. A scripted or planned fight would set up for another 100 million fight, this wasn't that.

I don’t think it was scripted, but you can tell that Paul wasn’t giving his all. For good reason, he didn’t want to be seen really beating Mike up.

As soon it was clear Mike wasn’t a major threat, Paul backed off and just listened to the sound of the cash register.

That's what what you quoted, I said that wasn't the way to get a rematch.
Who would want to watch a rematch?
Two years from now, lol? When Tyson is collecting SS and Paul has developed a beer gut?

I don’t think anyone would pay Tyson that much money again to fight anyone. Maybe if he fought the whole cast of The View it would generate some income.

I'm confused, I said there would be no interest in a rematch. That's my point.

Where's the misunderstanding?
