That's what I thought at first, but I thought the FLV $25s were Indian Blue and they don't look the same. (Although I think there might be lighter and darker FLV $25s. @Goldfish can you confirm there are two shades of FLV $25s? If so, the starbursts may still be Indian Blue.)

There are definitely two shades of greens in the FLV set.
