I have a couple sets nearing completion. Most of these chips are dead mint or were just felted for the first time last night, so I have a strong preference for mint/near mint.

First, here's a little Pr0n of my '98 Casino De Isthmus City (CDI) tournament set:

This is the set that got me into chipping, so I made a tough call and sold off my ESSTs to fund their redemption from my good friend @horseshoez. Thank you Zaki for letting me buy them back and cure that remorse. Thank you also @Ben8257 for parting with your showboats so a full barrel could be made and @Gear for the incredible labels you did for @horseshoez on the $5,000 and $25,000.

Any help I can get will be most appreciated. I'm happy to either pay in cash or trade (at fair values), or a combination of both. Here's what I'm looking for to complete this project:

Le Cove/Casino De Mexico (CDM)/Horseshoe Gardena (HSG)/Black Labrador

Metallic gold base THC w/dolphin blue 312 edge spots.

I need between 30 and 70 chips but would take up to a rack. Happy to pay a fair price plus a premium for dead mint/unplayed chips. I am using these as my '98 CDI $5,000. I am looking for:
  • Le Cove $1000
  • CDM 200 or 200,000
  • HSG $3 or $500
  • Black Labrador $100 (separate photo)
  • VIP Club 500,000 or
  • Any other chip with this same mold/base color/edge spots

Labrador photo bogarted from @Godzilla28, who I can also thank for supplying the majority of my mintiest Le Cove $1,000s.

I have two sharp barrels of HSG $3s avialable to trade. They're a bit darker hue than the Le Cove $1,000s I am trying to match.

Showboat grey base THC w/radiant red, india blue, and peach 3TA316 edge spots.

I need at least 2 barrels but would take racks too. Happy to pay a fair price plus a premium for dead mint/unplayed chips. I am using these as my '98 CDI $25,000. I am looking for:
  • CDM 100 or 100,000
  • HSG $25 (round or either of the shaped inlay variants) or $100
  • VIP Club 100,000 (photo added to OP thanks again @allforcharity)
  • Nob Hill $25 (photo borrowed from @Josh Kifer added to OP)
  • Any other chip with this same mold/base color/edge spots
I have 28 excellent/sharp HSG $25s with shaped inlays.

I plan to hold onto them but would gladly trade for some mintier chips with round inlays (even these oblong, distorted inlays would be fine).

I only need 2 barrels but could take up to 1 rack. Happy to pay a fair price plus a premium for dead mint/unplayed chips. I am using these as my '98 CDI $100,000. I am looking for:
  • Viva Las Vegas (VLV) $1
  • CDI $0.50 frac
  • HSG white $100 with round or either of the shaped inlays (there is also a showboat grey version -- see above) or
  • Any other chip with this same mold/base color/edge spots
I have a rack of shaped inlay HSG $100s (50 white and 50 bronze) available as trade bait for any of the abovementioned item. I would ideally like to trade these up to mint/uncirculated chips if at all possible. Of course, I'd be glad to sweeten the deal somehow to account for the value differential.

As you can see from the close-up photos, these bronze inlay chips appear to have some sort of color transfer on the edges and faces, but I actually understand them to be unplayed. I haven't tried an ultrasonic bath yet.

Any help I can get to complete this project would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for all the great chipping vibes! (I think @HaRDHouSeiNC calls these "chibes" :D )

Please don’t murder 98 CDI fracs! Lol JK you do you! Good luck with your search boss! Amazing set!
I've actually never murdered a chip before in my life, and I don't foresee the murder of CDI fracs anytime in my future. But the lovers of HSG and VLV might prefer to see our beloved fracs hit the chopping block over theirs. I suppose I'm hoping to unearth some mint generic white chips that no one will be sad to see undergo a little facelift. I generally prefer native chips just as their maker intended, but alas...I have a long-term commitment to this set which would greatly benefit from a barrel or two. So, I will wait a while to see what options I end up having before I decide what is the best and most palatable one.

If no one else speaks up to lay claim to the genius behind that idea, then the credit probably belongs to you Berny. Well done!
Certainly was the inspiration for my high denoms! I switched the chips used for the 5k and 25k because I liked the spot progression and colors better as part of the overall set.

In hindsight I may have done the same thing. I did the 5k first, never thinking that I would want a 25k. Then the opportunity to pick up a good amount of CdM 50s came up, and I expanded.

Was wondering if I should look out for CdM 10s to make a rack of nickels, but then decided against it. Microstakes is what my blank Prestige will be for. Just need to come up with a good theme. Was thinking Q Branch.

@Steppenwolf

Can’t tell you how happy I am that these remained in the family of chips we have here. Was awesome felting this set, seeing those high denoms in play, was incredible. Topped it off with felting the 98 CDI cash, seeing all those fracs, blue 1’a, and radiant red 5’s on the felt was special.

I hope the crew will help you out with the stuff you’re looking for, however as it stands right now, the set is already epic! Even if a single chip wasn’t added to it from here on, still great.

By the way, Nistha, I also remember having (in the past) some of those Showboat Grey based chips with an inlay that said "V.I.P. Club 100,000" or something like that. I'm pretty sure they are the same pattern as your Horseshoe $25 and CdM 100,000.

Thanks Berny. I forgot about that! Isn't that what your chips were before relabel @horseshoez ?
