I've tried calling Gorilla Gaming multiple days in a row. Have another vendor in mind? Has anyone contacted Gorilla before? They have everything I want...

I've used Gorilla. Figured out everything I wanted online, placed the order over the phone, drove down there and picked it up. Perfect experience.
The people here who grumble about his "business practices" got annoyed about some patent issue - nothing that would affect the customer. Gorilla's been in business for years and if they're who you want to work with, I wouldn't let some unanswered calls dissuade you - maybe somebody's on vacation?

Not sure exactly what you are looking for and if you are willing to wait ~11 months for T_Chan greatness, but I got a BBO table last month for a great price and am very happy with it. It's the Cherry Wood X2 Mini, which is/was on sale for ~$999 without upgrades.

@doublebooyah85 try shooting them an email. They are usually pretty darn fast to respond. I have a table being delivered this week and their customer service has been phenomenal. There was a bit of a mix up with the freight company and Gorilla was incredibly fast to get back to me and make sure the situation was good to go.

I just got a Gorilla table and the customer service experience was excellent. The shipping company sent my table to Washington State (I live in Marland) and then delivered it multiple times to the wrong address before finally destroying it. Gorilla built a new table and delivered it to me in less than a week, staying in communication throughout.

The table is very high quality and frankly I think a very good option.

Chanman’s tables are top notch, and the high end ones are truly works of art. If I was going high end I think that's the one I would do. For folding tables or more simple round tables I think Gorilla is similar quality to chairman at a significantly lower cost.

As far as the patent dispute, I personally choose not involve myself in that. It's between two forum vendors and I'm not an expert in patent law the merits of anyone’s claim. In any case an internet forum is unlikely to successfully adjudicate such claims. If folks choose to take sides so be it but in my mind both companies provide a valuable product to this community and I'm sure they will sort out their dispute if they haven't already.

Just curious, was it a custom table and what the turnaround time was?

Pics or it didn’t happen! Seriously, I would like to see it. I need a new table (with dealer station) and am considering BBO and GG. I am leaning towards folding legs and GG has the best in my opinion (I have those on my current table).

What was the turnaround time for GG with the original table?

Exactly one month from order to shipping. I think their volume fluctuates so actual timing now could be more or less. They also offer expedited orders but that costs a bit more.

This is the table

@Eloe2000

It is a custom table that I ordered. I ordered the USB Table and changed it up and added some features. I took out the LED lights, added Red/Black Suited Speed Cloth, Upgraded the Vinyl, Added a Black Metal Dealer Tray and a Drop Box Bill Slot, and the Gorilla Legs. The table itself measure 96'' x 48''.

I placed the original order on June 21st, Gorilla shipped it on July 9th and it should be delivered tomorrow or Friday. The table itself has been done for awhile it is just the shipping company that seems to be taking it's sweet time.

Super excited to have it delivered and check it out. I will post pics when I get it all setup. This table is being setup at my business for a staff/employee game after hours.

Too cool. Great to hear resonance turnaround. Called them 3 days in a row with emails and VM, no reply back. Do you guys have a better contact?

That is super weird. I have be just conversing with them at info@gorillagaming.net which was the email my confirmation came from. I emailed them on Monday and they got back to me in literally minutes.

Anyone has any premium chairs to recommend? Looking for something that is really comfortable. Thanks!
