I recently picked up a tournament set and there are some constraints with available chips. I'm trying to figure out how many moar chips I need to "finish" the set.

T5 x 200
T25 x 200
T100 x 260
T500 x 40

My thoughts are 2 table, starting stacks of 10/10/7/2 = T2000.
I like the simplicity of using 3 extra T100s to color up the 10xT5s and 10xT25s, so rounding the T100s to 10 per starting player.

I play in @Kyle 's monthly game, where he gives T300 in bonus for early arrival.
Planning for a 20 person turn out, with all 20 arriving early:
10(T5) * 20 = 200
10(T25)) * 20 = 200
10(T100)) * 20 = 200 + 60 (bonus) = 260
2(T500)) * 20 = 40

The T500s are the limiting constraint, I am not able to get more of them at this exact moment. In the later levels, when the T5s and T25s are all colored up, the table could have the following chips in play (assuming for 20 person turn out with all qualifying for the early bonus).

260 T100s
40 T500s

2 questions:
1. How many T100s actually need to be colored up? 260 in play is fine? or something like 100? (Thus needing T500 x 20 for this purpose?)
2. This entire scenario has to be a freezeout. If we were running a rebuy tournament, how many rebuys should be planned? 1/2 the field = 10? (Thus 40 x T500s more?)

So am I shooting for T500 x 40-60 more? Thanks for any input.
