This is a great set. Just not enough 500 for me. I usually do 8/8/6/6, including 25's, for 10k starting stack. Since you don't have 25's, I would do 10/6/6 (10 x 100, 6 x 500, 6 x 1000). How do you do a 10k stack? 10/2/3/1 with the 1 being a 5k chip?
