Hey man. So weird isn't it. Your post is stamped before 5 so I have no problem with you getting these. It's only fair.

But I do think @Tommy or @David O or other mods may need to look into this for the future. Luckily this wasn't big money involved.

Just to recap for anyone who cares:

Auction ended at specific time (5pm eastern) with no bids after mine at 4:16pm. Dan posted a congrats and contacted me for payment and shipping info. I sent payment and came back to thread to respond to him at 5:15. I clicked to reply to Dans latest post and noticed that there was all of a sudden a bid posted at 4:59 (and was somehow BEFORE Dan’s congratulatory post). That post was NOT there at 4:59 though as Dan and I would have seen it in real time if it was. Plus I was being alerted to any new posts in this thread and never got the alert for this mysterious post. Very strange. And then it happened a couple more times as we were trying to settle up.

There must have been some weird limbo/delay/lag whatever involved because the bid was coming from Belgium? I don’t know. @Tommy is that a possibility? I only bing it up cause this could have been a very awkward situation if there was more valuable merchandise and/or more money involved. Just looking out for any future auctions or sales with a set end time. Or really any “dibs” sales for that matter.
