Well, This is a difficult decision and the first time I am selling some chips , (maybe not the last I tried to come up with a price that seems reasonable. I am not open to splits. This would be a good set for a beginner as it has cash and tourney playability. I was always hoping to add more 100's and then create a 500 plaque to boost up the tourney side of things. Maybe the buyer will do that and tease me with pics.
If you need your sets to be mint and perfect, or stacks of 20 to be even, this set is not for you. OCD's need not apply
These chips are from Skyway Park Bowl Casino, Seattle, Washington, closed in nov of 2010. Jim at the chiproom brought these to us in May of 2011. The chips are in casino used condition, as I bought them, never been cleaned (except for some of the 5's I bought later). Never got them into play but they do handle good. Quality varies :
.25 x 1 rare to find any
.50 x 60 rare, excellent condition, but need cleaning SCV
1 x 414 good to very good condition , also different shades of blue SCV
5 x 409 good condition (two racks acquired after chiproom, person cleaned them and spots became faded, see pics) SCV (rounded edges)
25 x 139 good condition LCV (rounded edges )
100 x 81 rare, very good to excellent condition LCV ( beautiful colors, one of my fav)
a setup of unopened cards, probably paper
1104 chips in total, setup of cards, total bank $14,064 you can run a T1000 for 10 players (do the add on plaque !!)
Price is $1380 shipped in the US with insurance in two med. flat rate boxes (shipping outside of US gets a 50 dollar credit towards shipping, any additional shipping and insurance is on the buyer)
Once I ship with tracking number, the package is out of my realm of responsibility and the buyer assumes the risk of loss.(insurance minimizes the loss hopefully)
paypal family and friends , pm me with interest
average price per chip after taking out shipping is around 1.20 a chip
priced the chips at
.50 - 2.00 rare to ever see these come up for sale, not sure how many are out there
1 - 1.20 These come up for sale once in awhile
5 - .75 These come up for sale sometimes
25 - 1.00 saw some of these recently for sale, but not very often
100 - 3.50 rare to see these up for sale
I reserve the right to cancel this sale at any given moment, finding it hard to click on the create thread button...., It's so hard to do this, you have no idea. This is like one of my children. This one is not even the bastard.
