A few years back I had the chat below with a CS rep from the company. I would love a Suffletech but own a lot of bridge sized cards and dont like the idea of clearing jams throughout the night. While they said they are working on this, its been almost 2 years

So I was thinking that a large number of their customers and potential customers are members here. I also know many of your prefer bridge cards..like almost every casino uses. Maybe if we all reach out they will be inspired to move this along :sneaky::unsure::cool It’s worth a shot…maybe

I didn't realize that shufflers are optimized for poker size cards. I thought almost all casinos used bridge sized cards, so I thought there would be zero variance for jam frequency with either.

The ones used in casino are for bridge sized cards. Like Deckmates and Shufflemasters. But they are $5-12K and usually only sold or leased to casinos…unless they are used refurbished models.

The Shuffletech is a consumer grade device and for some reason they designed it around poker sized cards. I assume they did that because they thought most of the public uses them…but the people who would action seek out a product like this aren’t the general public. I think they made a mistake there.

Here is the first model…they have a newer version that around $12K. The Shuffletechs I’m referring too are $800
