They will be better off going to someone who want or need them to give them the playing time they deserve or just to add to their existing collection. Unfortunately chips will not come with trays. FYI Usps shipping flat rate to Hawaii and Alaska is the same cost as anywhere else in the US. I sent and received packages from maui in the last week for 8.40 no Issues.

Might want to reconsider that part of your post unless you have other concerns.
