Those Caesars Palace at Sea are not live. They came from Jim or someone like that probably around 15 yrs ago. I know this for sure because I have a set that I bought back when CT was still going strong & long before I got back into chipping. Someone else will know for sure what yr, but I'm guessing somewhere around 2005-2010
