Bought in a pinch because i needed chips after running out of cash in chips in my last home game - i have custom printed chips, and couldnt get chips in time (due to lead time) and so i bought plaques thinking people would love them.

I have since replaced these plaques with purple $500 denom and yellow $1000 denom chips and my players simply dont like playing with plaques. They are very vanilla and prefer the chips like the casino.

The plaques themselves are so slick. I personally love them. They are different sizes where the $50 denom is smaller than the $100 denom and makes the $50 plaque more "playable"

Do you know who made these plaques?

Also, why would it cost over $100 to ship? These should fit in a flat rate padded envelope and ship for less than $12. Hawaii is still in the US, isn't it? Even a MFRB is less than $20 if you use PirateShip.

And yes i am in Hawaii but i still get scammed on shipping all the time :')

I believe approximately 2 years ago the shipping cost just went astronomic. If it is not Amazon Prime order, and i purchase from smaller vendors i consistently pay BIG BUCKS on shipping for even very simple things. Very sad, but reality

Yup, the website always quotes a higher shipping from what I seem.

They don't offer USPS and used Fedex, so instead of the usual USPS $10, you often get quote $29 - $32 as the cheapest option
