Cash Game RULING - Double Board with Extra Burn & Lots of Action? (1 Viewer)

So, if we can't be certain what the correct board cards were, I would tend to leave the board as is. As the host, I would state my ruling and my rationale. Being a friendly game, I would ask everyone with live cards if they agreed before proceeding. If someone thought there should be a different result, I would listen to their position, but absent a compelling argument, I'd maintain my ruling (as a host, you can't give the appearance that you will bend to a whiner).

Also, I'll echo a point @ChaosRock made earlier. In a casino full of people who don't all know each other, you have to be concerned with angle shooting and/or cheating and thus, you should follow the card room rules/Robert's rules. However, in a home game where (hopefully) cheating is not a concern, you should make an extra effort not to expose extra cards... Changing results/changing the nuts/exposing cards un-necessarily can cause more problems than it solves. And don't forget, even Robert's Rules gives the floor the right to enforce rules that differ from the stated rules if its in the best interest of the game.
