Sidepot has brought back the Protégé design on their casino-grade ceramic chips for anyone interested.

15% off with the presale. 18 denoms available. They withheld the C&S mold/design for clay. I'm still hopeful they work something out with CPC or other manufacturer in the future for Protégé clays or licensing of the C&S mold for custom clays.

Decent option for a cash set of the more rare denoms, any set if you don't have Protégés at all, or alternative to plaques for some of the hard to find high demons. Love to have options avail...

Think I'm going to do a small cash set with the .10¢, .50¢, $2.50, $10, and $50 ceramics. Never see those clays in the wild. Might throw in a few $25K and $100K to supplement my clay set (even though I have a ton of their plaques up to $1M). Hard to argue with $1.35/chip (presale discount on 500+) vs what it would cost to make the clays come out of hiding. A few of us are always on the lookout.

I still hope they get to a deal for clays again or at least license the C&S mold for custom clays. I'll drop a whole lot more coin when that happens.

So torn after looking back through the clay pics of the rare denoms... I love my clay set of standard denoms.

Do I use the $1K that was going to go towards a small set of ceramics, add $9K more, and try to pull a clay set from the depths of the PCF clan?? And that's if I'm lucky. The more rare denoms took crazy offers from some members to get out of display cabinets and collections. Really just need Sidepot to work a deal for new clays with the C&S mold. Ugh...
