About 6 weeks ago I ordered a small amount of chips from the above online store to be shipped to the UK.
Two weeks after ordering and paying I requested an update. I received no reply.
I then sent 5 more requests in the following 3 weeks but to no avail.
I then asked my bank to do a chargeback. Screen shots of all correspondence and proof of payment provided.
Took the bank only a matter of days to refund my money.
Has anyone else had this experience or is it an isolated incident?
