I dunno the deal and how it goes, but if it belong to @FordPickup92, I think you are not to break the set and FROR to only new chipper

Agree with Lele on this. In the spirit of the original sale and why such a highly valued set was made affordable and available for new chippers, it shouldn’t have been split. Especially the dimes. The dimes (even though they weren’t “real“ PCA chips per se) gave a new chipper a chip in their collection that most PCA sets out there didn’t have.

Plus all sales were supposed to go to a “new” chipper. While I understand he really wanted them, @Newenne did not qualify under those parameters. The 20 x100s not being included in the sale to you is a bit disappointing too.

Maybe I’m just a traditionalist, but watching these move from new chipper to new chipper over the years has been kind of fun. So to me, what’s happening to the set now is just kind of sad.

i honestly forgot if there was a BOH in there - if there was i will also pass along. I agree the set should not have been split and i actually thought I was passing the entire thing along. I hope the community believes that I made an honest mistake, and I'm happy to settle the matter the way it needs to be settled.

yikes it's true, there was a barrel of 100s in there! welp, by all rights it should go to @mitch3r but i do wish you hadn't split it up.

@utgtrash you are good brother. The set is staying together, the dimes are going to @Newenne who actually has an Identical set and wanted to use the dimes really bad (he also agreed on the “new chipper dibs first” rule!)
I reached out to other new chippers and it was out of the price range at this point. So I sold the dimes to him to reduce the cost and still keep this as an awesome chance for someone to have a complete cash PCA set for cheap. It has been up for 2 days now and no beginners are interested

The previous owner do have the FROR to buy back the set if it is needed to make the whole thing right

Truthfully, I don’t believe it was sold to me for much less than it’s actually worth… I have been looking up per rack prices and it seems right on par with the market.
There is usually added value to the set for turnkey set as compare to buying them by racks

Plus, it’s an opportunity to purchase a Leaded Set whereas sometimes it take time and money to complete it.

For example, it took me 5-6 months before finding a 400+ chips set and another few months to complete the set

I will be sure to tag the buyer of this set here so we can hunt them down and keep in check if it’s ever sold again :)

Would love to pounce on these as these were something I just wrote off as unobtanium. Love everything about these. Sadly I'm now well over my chipping budget and trying to sort out what I have to pair down and refocus on finishing my keeper sets.

Oh I know they were hot stamps. And they were cool. But you know how I get all “purist” about everything - I just don’t think they should be referred to as PCA chips, for the same reason I don’t think somebody’s relabelled THC $1s should be called PCA chips or whatever.
You fell of that wagon when you bought RHC's buddy...now don't do go all purist on us again  :ROFLMAO:
