I think that they are just generics.

I've seen a few different chips like that - Paulson THC with a litho printed inlay of a symbol, the kind of symbol that earlier in the 20th century USPCC and Burt Co were putting on "Paranoid"-style chips. Would love to learn more about their history but I bet we never will.

I would have considered getting these but they were gone before I could blink.
